As a Talent Lead, Julie is responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining talent together with a great recruiting team. She is convinced that the right place can be found for every talent. Julie likes to step away from traditional recruitment methods and processes and loves listening to the person and their story behind the 'traditional CV'.

Considering her background as a Business Psychologist, she also likes to do research on evidence-based practices in a business context.

Julie is part of our Ethical team and takes up different internal project management responsibilities.
