How ML6 agents develop
As an individual, keeping up in the rapidly evolving field of AI is not easy, which is why people continuously feed the collective intelligence of ML6. This shows in our different learning initiatives which is one of the reasons people don't work 100% of their time on client projects. We also provide time for internal projects, research and do good initiatives. We created a salary house to map our roles over different scope groups and work out career paths. 🤑 Fixed salary
Your salary depends on your expertise and impact. Your expertise will be translated to a level and scope group on our salary grid and will be defined during the hiring process.In Belgium we have a holiday allowance and a thirteenth month, this last one can be invested in our Flexible Income Budget.
🤩 Extra benefits
People can opt for a company car or go for the mobility budget, to match their personal commute needs. Mealvouchers, ecovouchers, net reimbursements, a company bonus and referral fee are also part of our variable salary to engage collectively in making good decisions for the company.
