YOUR IMPACT
As Growth Ops, you will help our sales and marketing team accelerate. You will ensure that your colleagues have the right tools, training, and content to achieve substantial growth.
- Drive sales efficiency and productivity: lead key projects with country leaders to identify and implement improvements in sales processes and tools and reinvent the way we work by using AI (drink your own champagne)
- Tool optimization and adoption: ensure that the team uses tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, … efficiently and effectively while conducting regular tool audits, providing training and implementing best practices
- KPI tracking: monitor KPIs related to sales enablement and identify opportunities for improvement to sales leadership
- Demand and lead generation + qualification: create and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and larger target lists together with the marketing team
- Demand & supply forecasting: translate our pipeline into a clear demand forecast and forecast of resourcing needs (staffing & hiring plan) together with our delivery & recruiting team
- Campaign management: work closely with marketing to design, execute, and optimize sales campaigns and outreach initiatives for every vertical
- Training sessions: lead and deliver sessions to equip our sales team with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful — including ownership of our internal training (onboarding) programs and potential certification tracks
WHY YOU
- A degree in a relevant domain (business, economics, engineering…)
- 3-5 years of experience with Sales Enablement or Sales Operations in a growing tech or consulting environment
- Past experience in sales or marketing is a plus (specifically in prospection & lead generation)
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (ex. Hubspot) and other sales and marketing tools (Lemlist, Clay, Gemini, NotebookLM…)— you know how to configure workflows, build dashboards, and pull the right reports
- Strong analytical skills, spot inefficiencies and love fixing them
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A true team player who thrives in collaborative cultures and love building bridges between Sales, Marketing, Ops and the whole organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English + one local language (German or Dutch)
