Drive and deliver projects as a technical lead
Foster a high customer satisfaction and spot opportunities as their account manager
Deliver projects within time, scope & deliverables

Work closely together with internal stakeholders from different units and other team leads
Performance management of your team
Coach team members on projects and in their personal growth

Build and share knowledge and skills linked to the GenAI - Emerging domain (example use case)
Explore new opportunities and industries to tackle within this domain
Be a thought leader within the domain and team
WHY YOU
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
Master’s degree or similar required through relevant experience
Understand customer's technology footprint and strategy, strategic growth plan, business drivers, and competitive landscape
Appetite to manage and nurture business relationships with accounts
Strong track record in delivering AI/ML-projects in production (as an engineer)
Passionate about AI and eager to further build out our GenAI domain
Eager to create real business impact for customers in the fast evolving AI space
Currently based in Europe, since relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today
