A DPO with a strong interest in data privacy and AI regulation?
We help leading organisations build, deploy and scale AI solutions responsibly and effectively.
We are looking for a DPO with a strong interest in data privacy and AI regulation. This person would combine the DPO & regulatory function with providing assistance on commercial contracting, insofar as this is compatible with the independent function of a DPO.

Guide DPIAs, data subject requests, incident response and vendor assessments in a pragmatic, business-aligned way.
Advise on data, AI and IP implications of AI projects and support internal compliance initiatives.
Monitor and translate legal/regulatory developments (incl. GDPR and EU AI Act) into practical, pragmatic guidance, controls and training.
Support internal risk management and compliance processes with clear, actionable recommendation.
Provide day-to-day legal advice to teams across ML6 and help the business make well-informed decisions on these regulatory matters.
Commercial contracting (40%)
Draft, review and negotiate commercial (tech) agreements with customers, prospects and partners (e.g., MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, subcontracting terms).
Support Sales and Engineering teams in contract scoping, risk trade-offs and negotiations to enable a smooth sales and delivery cycle. Own and maintain practical contract templates and playbooks (incl. fallback positions) and educate colleagues on legal topics.
For commercial contracting, you will work alongside our Lead Legal Counsel.
WHY YOU
