Marketing Manager - AI Solutions
Ambitious marketeer looking to accelerate your career? 🚀
Your challenge
ML6 is expanding into the DACH market, and we’re looking for someone to become the voice of ML6 in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll own the DACH marketing plan from the ground up: turning our growth ambitions into a concrete strategy for focus accounts and industries, with the budget, channels, and timing to put ML6 on the map.
You’ll be fully integrated into our core marketing team while working closely with Business Development, our DACH GTM lead and Alliance partners to both leverage what already exists as well as building what doesn’t yet. If you’re data-driven, creative, and want real room to shape how a company shows up in a brand-new market, this is your chance.
Your impact
Own the DACH marketing plan. Turn our 2027 goals into a plan for focus accounts and industries, with budget, channel mix and timing to put ML6 on the map in DACH.
Build ABM campaigns. Build targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programmes for our priority accounts with Business Development and Alliance managers. Plan and roll out strategies listed below per account and track engagement and meetings booked for each.
Run events that build pipeline. Plan and deliver events in Munich and Berlin (executive dinners, trade shows, hackathons and meetups) that generate new leads but also support engineering hiring. Choose the industry conferences where our buyers are and coordinate speaking engagements.
Drive partner marketing. Create joint marketing plans and secure MDFs with our primary partners together with our Alliances team to build pipeline on targeted accounts.
Own German-language content. Localize English blog and Benelux content for German readers. Create new pieces from scratch with the challenges and needs of the DACH market in mind, using the help of our German-speaking engineers (articles, talks, customer cases, PR). Plan everything for SEO, GEO and AEO, so that we show up in search engines and AI search answers.
Run our German website and social channels. Own the German website: localized landing pages, the German blog, and the growth of its traffic and conversions over time. Publish on LinkedIn and other social channels where our target audience is active, and keep the flow of posts steady around events and cases.
Keep HubSpot clean and usable. Own the quality of our CRM and Marketing Hub data for DACH. Keep contacts and companies deduplicated, segmented by industry, account tier and engagement, and GDPR-compliant, so Business Development and Marketing can run campaigns and ABM from the same reliable data.
Track what marketing delivers. Set up reporting in HubSpot that links every campaign and event to meetings booked, pipeline created and cost. Report results to the Head of Marketing and the DACH commercial team and use the numbers to decide what to scale and what to stop.
Bridge to Belgium and The Netherlands. Work in collaboration with our Benelux marketing team to build marketing best practices, share learnings, and leverage what already exists.
Why you?
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, IT services, consulting or SaaS with long sales cycles (6 to 18 months)
A track record of events and campaigns that resulted in meetings and pipeline
Native-level German and strong English; you write copy that lands with IT leaders and business teams
A good feel for how German companies buy (trust, references, etc.)
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM and marketing automation tool), LinkedIn, Google Analytics and Search Console, Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads
Curiosity about technology to understand what our engineers build and create your own if needed
You work independently, prioritize on a tight budget and enjoy building things that don't exist yet
Nice to have: experience in energy and utilities, retail and consumer goods, or financial services; a network in the Munich tech scene; experience with partner marketing (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).

-
What are examples of projects that ML6 worked on?
At ML6, we boost and increase revenue growth for other companies, by implementing AI solutions. We do this for a broad range of industries. From manufacturing, to healthcare or media and entertainment industries (and lots more!).
You can find some of our client cases and testimonials here. -
What about the ethical aspect of AI?
At ML6 we take our responsibility to build secure, reliable and sustainable technology seriously and integrate ethics within our way of working. We have our own Ethical Advisory board to discuss sensitive projects. Read our blogpost on how we approach this practically here.
-
Why is ML6 called ML6?
ML stands for Machine Learning. Next to that, we don't take ourselves always very seriously. Our people are 'ML6 agents', wink to MI6. Seen the James Bond movies? Our meeting rooms for example are named after them. After all, we can be a bit geeky at times ;-)
-
What does a typical AI project look like?
This really depends on the scope of the project. A project can run for a couple of months, to even years. Our ML6ies work on projects together with a team of colleagues. This team can have different skills like data engineering, software, machine learning and project management to deliver top notch service to our clients. They sometimes work on different projects simultaneously or combine project work with an internal project or research topic. We are not an outsourcing firm.
-
Is ML6 only a place for juniors to launch their career?
Definitely not. We indeed believe in accelerating young graduates in their career and bringing in new fresh perspectives, but the same applies for seniors. We are always challenging ourselves to expand our capabilities and bring in new knowledge and expertise. People have a personal growth plan at our company, where they can choose to specialise more or to grow further in people and strategy responsibilities. In 2025, 45% of our hires were hired on a senior level. ML6 exposes you to an incredible ecosystem of leading AI talent and will continue to challenge you on a day-to-day basis by bringing you a big variety of projects and business problems.
-
Can I also work on a product?
At ML6 you can even work on multiple products! Sometimes we build products and platforms for customers (and/or internally) as well. Unum is a great example, but we’ve also, for example, built onboarding platforms for customers in the past. The good thing about ML6: you can choose to work for a longer amount of time on the same project or product, or if you’d like more variation, choose to rotate more towards different projects or products. Our core today still focuses on selling solutions, but we’re also maturing on the product side. In short: variation in your role will be differentiating.
-
How technically in depth can I go at ML6?
Our company stands for our engineering expertise. You’ll work alongside the most brilliant engineers, with a very in depth technical focus. Some use cases don’t need a very technical in depth solution, some do. At ML6 you can work in different domains (from GenAI to more classic ML), and on different types of client problems. We always make sure that our seniors are linked to more complex problems and to their domain of expertise (ex specific Cloud or Industry).
-
How long does the application process take?
On average, about 2-3 weeks starting from the first interview. Our junior technical process typically takes a bit longer, since we start with a coding challenge.
-
Does ML6 still need real engineers?
Absolutely! Here’s the thing: AI generates code at the speed of light, but understanding it still moves at the speed of thought. If you just let the AI run wild, you don’t get a finished product. AI-native engineering is the new normal. It makes us faster, and it allows us to bridge the gap between technical and functional roles in ways we never thought possible. But it’s not a magic button. It requires a more disciplined, human approach to design and quality control than ever before. Acceleration of delivery might unlock new use-cases that previously were not economically viable.
