Senior Comp&Ben Officer
As a Comp&Ben Officer you are responsible to guide ML6 in all Compensation & Benefits matters and implement new initiatives
We are looking to expand our Talent & Culture team with a Senior Comp&Ben Officer to accelerate the further growth of our company.
Your Challenge

As a Senior Comp&Ben Officer you are responsible to guide ML6 in all Compensation & Benefits matters and implement new initiatives. You will be joining our team of 3, of which one colleague also specialises in Compensation & Benefits among others.
You will focus on offering a top-notch people experience in line with our culture & values: smooth operations by optimising our processes, implementing attractive perks and systems cross country & engaging our whole ML6 story. This includes among others, sinking your teeth into our:
- Reward philosophy

Why you?
Routined specialist
- Familiar with labour law, payroll processes, compensation & benefits
- Experience implementing and optimizing operational systems, processes, and capabilities to support successful scaling in a fast paced international organization.
- International experience, focused on Europe (pref: BE, NL, DACH)
Speaking people’s language
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch/German is a plus), able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- You get what drives and motivates people & know which topics live in the company and can act on them
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive people information

- Creative in ways of compensation approaches
