What is the job?

We are looking for a kick-ass Finance & Administration Assistant to support our growth - ML6 is one of the fastest growing AI companies in Europe.

As part of the Finance & Administration team, you will support our colleagues as well as the accounting and internal processes. Your tasks will include amongst others:


  • Organising travel and events
  • Booking invoices and validating expense notes
  • Managing contracts
  • Managing the car fleet, laptop fleet, office supplies etc.


The job is flexible, and the responsibilities will grow as you grow into the function.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

You are driven by the company’s success: you are a positive thinker, you have a can-do attitude, you take ownership of what you do and you help out your colleagues. In addition, this function requires you to be accurate and discreet, as well as eager to learn and progress.

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience. You are comfortable using the computer and experience with Exact Online is an asset. You are proficient in Dutch as well as English.
