Being a Customer Engineer at ML6 is being the key person to connect the clients and the amazing technical teams in a vibrant and challenging market of the future. You link BD and technical teams to work as one team, to serve the clients the best possible AI solutions.

As a customer engineer, you can mix several roles according to your preference and interests; ranging from BD and Sales to Project Manager, Account Manager and even Strategist, Content Creator, Presenter or a Workshop Guru, combining your personal skills with what ML6 has to offer.

Whilst being technically competent, you are also expected to have inspiring communicational and functional skills to support our customers from day one.

You will be able to help the leaders of the future to build their AI strategies together with ML6.

You are ready to take on a challenge, solve the unsolvable, have a helicopter view on things developing the best solutions, tailored to the exact needs and wishes of our clients.

With the support of our amazing technical teams, you will have a key role in translating the latest papers to tangible and usable use cases, making the impossible possible.


  • Understanding and translating client needs.
  • Support BD in working out the statement of work, to define the project, roles, risks, timeframe to best serve clients.
  • Present statement of work to clients.
  • Project management, follow up the quality and progress of the team.
  • Clarify the technical side and make things understandable to the client..
  • Guide ideation and strategy workshops to support clients in idea development
  • Account management: maintain client relations, be able to think along with the clients to spot the next business cases.
  • Being able to feel the value of data and what can be done with it.
  • Occasionally test, reflect quality of data, evaluate usability of data.

  • 0 to three years of previous experience in tech or consultancy
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
