Your challenge

• Work closely together with our Marketing & BD Lead on developing the high level marketing content strategy by understanding the goals of the company and creating an action plan on how the content will be used to achieve those goals
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various digital and offline channels, including SEA, social, email marketing and events/PR
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics, such as conversion rate and ROI
• Execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets
• Conduct customer research and develop audience segmentation strategies to target high-value customers (ABM)
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing and growth hacking techniques
• Manage Google Analytics, GTM, Google Optimize and Hubspot to track and measure all marketing campaigns
• Present campaign performance and insights using Hubspot and Google Data Studio and provide recommendations for future campaigns
• Work together with different internal teams such as Talent & Culture, to further grow our employer brand

Why you?

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using data to drive decision-making
• Experience with various performance marketing channels, including search, social, display, and email marketing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Flexible, curious and willing to embrace change for the better
